§1. DEFINITIONS


Work days – Monday to Friday, excluding national days free of work dni.
Account – regulated by separate regulations, a free of charge function of the Wholesaler (service provided electronically), thanks to which the User can create his/her individual Account.
User – a person using the services of the wholesaler edonna.pl
Client – a person who has made a purchase from the User, served by the Wholesaler in the dropshipping model.
Terms and Conditions – terms and conditions presented below
Wholesaler – online wholesaler - edonna.pl - run by the seller Donna Spółka Jawna
Seller  – DONNA Agnieszka Kostrz, Piotr Kostrz Spółka Jawna with its registered office at 856 Jawornik St., 32-400 Jawornik, NIP: 6793160947.

§3. LINE OF BUSINESS

  1. Wholesale for online stores. The wholesaler does not conduct retail sales.
  2. The Wholesaler and these Regulations are directed exclusively to businesses, excluding consumers.
  3. Registration on edonna.pl means simultaneous acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  4. The products offered at the Wholesaler are new, legally introduced into the Polish market and free from legal defects.
  5. Orders can be placed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, after logging into the User Account.
  6. The wholesaler reserves the right not to fulfill an order in case the product is not available.
  7. The wholesaler will make every effort to ensure that the presented offer of available products on edonna.pl is as up-to-date as possible.
  8. No minimum purchase amount is required.
  9. The system will automatically calculate available discounts to the order being placed.

§4. PAYMENTS 

  1. Online wholesaler bedonna.pl provides users with the following payment methods: traditional transfer.

  4. The user will receive an invoice in electronic form to the email address indicated by them when purchasing from the wholesaler.

 

§5. ORDER EXECUTION 

  1. The seller is obliged to deliver goods without defects.
  2. Delivery time is up to 48H (with orders usually processed within 24H)
  3. The vendor will proceed with the order once it has been paid for.
  4. In a situation where the User has purchased goods with different completion times within one order, the order will be fulfilled within the timeframe applicable to the goods with the longest completion time (unless the User informs the Wholesaler that the order is to be fulfilled in separate shipments).
  5. Goods are delivered on the territory of the Republic of Poland and in selected European countries.
  6. Goods purchased from the Wholesale Store are delivered depending on which delivery method the User has chosen (via courier service or to InPost parcel machines).
  7. Delivery costs are visible in the Wholesale Store when placing an order.

§6. DROPSHIPPING


 

  1. The wholesaler prepares packages for shipment with special care
  2. Invoice for dropshipping order processing is automatically issued when the order is shipped and sent to the User's email.
  3. When placing an order, select the appropriate option for shipping the order to the Customer, e.g. InPost parcel machines, pick-up at Poczta Polska outlets, Poczta Polska courier, InPost courier, etc., and fill in the Customer's data in the "Recipient's data" section correctly.
  4. The order can be sent with the User's label, In that case, write "own label" in the order notes. Important: The generated label should be sent to the following email address: sklep@donna.pl, and in the title of the email, provide only the order number.
  5. In the Delivery tab on edonna.pl you will find the current delivery price list.

§7. RETURNS / COMPLAINS

 

  1. In business-to-business sales, goods can be claimed under warranty and guarantee.
  2. A warranty is the seller's liability to the buyer for defects in the goods sold, including both physical and legal defects.
  3. A warranty is an additional entitlement obtained by the buyer from the seller or manufacturer of the goods through a voluntary agreement or statement (warranty document). The warranty covers only physical defects of the item.
  4. A buyer who has not examined an item at the time and in the manner customary for items of a given type, and has not promptly notified the wholesaler of a perceived defect, and when the defect came to light later, has not notified immediately after its discovery, loses his claim rights.
  5. All complaints will be considered on an individual basis.
  6. We send the accepted complaints (replaced products), within the limits of possibilities with the next order. The condition for shipment is the absence of outstanding invoices.
  7. In the case of sales and shipping directly to the consumer on behalf of the entrepreneur, on a dropship basis, any costs and fees for the delivery of the advertised goods and the return of the replaced product shall be borne by the User.
  8. It is best to contact us by email before shipping the advertised goods, describing the defect in the goods and attaching a photo - this will greatly speed up the complaint process.
  9. All complaints will be handled individually within up to 14 business days.

  11. According to the law in business-to-business sales, purchased products are not returnable.

§9. RODO

  1. The administrator of the personal data provided by the User when using the Wholesale Store is the Seller.
  2. The User's personal data is processed mainly on the basis of the contract and for the purpose of its execution, in accordance with the principles set forth in the General Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on Data Protection (RODO). Detailed information on data processing by the Seller is contained in the privacy policy provided by the Wholesaler.

 

§10. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS


 

  1. For the proper functioning of the Wholesaler you need a device with Internet access and a web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies.
  2. In order to place an order with the Wholesaler, in addition to the requirements specified in paragraph 1, an active e-mail account is necessary.
